Back in the dark ages of 2018, actually possibly lighter days than these, our state did a row-by-row shop hop during which I collected some of the patterns/kits to be able to join in, but then didn't have time (or make time) to do them.
That has changed and I have begun shuffling through them, choosing this one as a starter:
I decided to maching applique the pieces and I'm learning as I go. 😄
When I finish this block, I'm off to do more of the blocks so I can turn it all into a wallhanging for my dining room wall on which I have an easy-to-change-up quilt hanger. I enjoy varying up what's hanging there. Or I might just make small blocks to put on a stand-up mini-quilt hanger to set on my piano. Decisions, decisions...
Here's the music that has been swirling through my brain and heart lately: (I wish I were tech-savvy enough to actually show the Youtube video here, but you can easily get to this beautiful song by Keith and Kristyn Getty.)
Since I have been a church musician in various capacities at various times, I'm eager to get this hanging in my house and to see what all the other bloggers are doing for this hop. I hope you've gotten to enjoy a lot of beautiful projects. If not yet, here's the list...
