I am first and foremost a lover of Jesus, of the Reformed Protestant leaning. I have been happily married to the human love of my life for over 40 years.
I am now retired from homeschooling my six kids, having enjoyed the majority of it and lived through some tough challenges including learning how to work with dyslexia.
I am privileged to be a missionary kid, growing up in the Philippines and loving the people and culture there. I met my husband in college in the U.S. and we've had an interesting life. Let me share some of what we've learned with you as well as some of the fun stuff we get to experience now.
Having just come through some tough years, I hope this place will be a relaxing, encouraging place to help others grow in Christ, see beauty everywhere, and give thanks for it. I enjoy gardening, quilting, crafting of all kinds, reading, nature, herb studies, doing my best to live a healthy life, and sharing all that.
